Some sketch models and presentation boards of my first and second years of product design
Because what better time to explore and have fun with your design than at university…

The goal of this assignment was to make a thermometer, during this time of global pandemic, tailored for a specific user group. Therefore, I chose to make my product for sex workers as they are often overlooked or discriminated against.

It was a very fun and challenging assignment that captivated and amused my peers.

For this assignment, we needed to design a jigsaw for a chosen brand, in this case, Dyson. We were asked to use Solidworks to bring our designs to life and then use Keyshot to make some flavourful renders.

I chose to make a jigsaw, which is normally a power tool more masculine, into a more slick and feminine tool that would encourage women to engage with it whilst having the chrome, futuristic aspects of the Dyson brand.

Here I made a Bluetooth speaker inspired by the architect Michael Graves.

In coding class, I used Arduino to create a cat sensor: the sensor detects the neighbours' white cat that would infiltrate our house and emits an ultrasound that scares it away.

Therefore only letting my black cat enter the house.
