Some personal projects and furniture restorations I have conducted in my free time.
I discovered my passion for building and creating when I was 12 years old, and I wanted a doll house that I couldn't find in any toy catalogues. So I decided that I would build it instead. I designed the house with its' measurements and components on Sketch up and with help from my grandfather, cut out the pieces of wood and assembled and painted the house. It was 1.5m high (taller than me at the time) and was my pride and joy.
Restored and painted this old school desk, originally fluorescent yellow, I sanded it down and added some purple "grape escape" to tone it down.
This dressing unit was scratched, stained and one of its' legs had come apart (front right one)
I sanded it and painted the tops and bogged the broken leg back on.
It now has a second life!
I also made this small butterfly cat bed out of some leftover ply wood from a previous project.
